Refund Policy – Candor Professional Beauty Salon

At Candor Professional Beauty Salon, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service and client satisfaction. While we do not routinely offer refunds for completed treatments, we will always do our best to resolve any concerns fairly and professionally.
1. Services
  • Refunds may be considered if a service was not delivered as described or agreed.
  • If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 72 hours of your appointment. We may offer a complimentary correction or partial refund at our discretion.
  • Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind after the service has been completed.
2. Products
  • Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
  • Opened or used products are non-refundable unless faulty.
3. Cancellation & No-Show
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount and may be required to prepay future bookings.
