Complaints Procedure – Candor Professional Beauty Salon

1. How to Raise a Complaint

  • Include your full name, date of service, and details of the concern.
2. What Happens Next
  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days.
  • A senior team member will investigate and respond within 10 working days.
3. Resolution
  • If the complaint is upheld, we may offer a correction, refund, or alternative resolution.
  • If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to an independent mediation service.
4. Staff Conduct
  • All team members are trained to handle complaints professionally and respectfully.
  • We do not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour.
