Cancellation Terms – Candor Professional Beauty Salon

We understand that life happens—but missed appointments impact our schedule and team. To keep things fair for everyone, we kindly ask clients to respect the following cancellation terms:
1. Notice Period
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
2. No-Shows
  • Clients who fail to attend without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
  • Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay for future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation, with applicable fees.
  • We’ll always do our best to accommodate, but timing affects all clients.
4. Deposits
  • Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within the 24-hour window.
5. Group Bookings

Group or bridal bookings require 72 hours’ notice for cancellation or changes. Charges apply per guest for missed appointments.
